Brenda’s health journey:

“My story is a pain to purpose story.  My chronic symptoms started in 2015 and I struggled with anxiety, insomnia, brain fog, gastrointestinal issues, joint pain, pelvic floor pain, dizziness, hair loss, drenching night sweats, chronic fatigue, shortness of breath, heart flutters, plus many other unexplainable symptoms.  I spent two years going from one doctor to the next without any relief nor answers to why I felt so terrible.

Finally in 2017, I got some answers and I was diagnosed with Lyme disease.  Lyme disease is a very complex and misunderstood condition, especially when it’s chronic Lyme disease.  It’s not just the Lyme infection from the tick that makes people sick.  Lyme disease consists of a whole host of other infections. A dysregulated immune system causes the body as a whole to become less resilient to its environment.

I made some mistakes along my healing journey which ignited a passion.  A passion to learn how to heal the whole body-physically, emotionally, and spiritually.  God gave us bodies that can heal and we just need to remove the interferences.  These interferences include poor nutrition, environmental toxicities, emotional stressors, hidden infections, and even trauma.

It was when I found my team of health practitioners who helped me address all the root causes of my chronic illness, that I began to heal.  My pain has led me to where I am today because now I’m living my God-given purpose to help people on their healing journey.  I am a health coach who understands what it’s like to suffer, and I’m here to give people hope.  I can help those that are suffering find the answers they deserve and help them in their process of uncovering  all the pieces to the chronic illness puzzle.”
