In an effort to become more efficient and more environmentally friendly we did a ‘soft launch’ of offering online-bill-pay; and many of you started to take advantage of that!

Now that it’s been 6 months since starting this process and we’re a bit more comfortable with it, we wanted to fully introduce you to this option and its benefits.

Some of the main benefits to online-bill-pay are…

• You can sign-in as a guest or create an account which offers more benefits.
• With an account you can opt-in to receive email statements which will save paper and postage (Go Green!).
• You can make a payment any day or any time that is convenient for you without needing to come into the office or remembering to send it back in the mail!

How does it work?
When you receive your statement, the top will look something like this….

1. Go to www.francischiroclinic.com
2. Click the ‘Bill Pay’ button in the middle of the screen.
3. Here you can choose to ‘Guest Pay’ and utilize your unique Online Bill Pay Code (circled red above)

or ‘Create an Account’ that you can log into anytime to make a payment.

4. Make a payment that will be applied to your account!

Please note it may take 5-7 business days before your payment is shown in your account.
