- I Have Bad Luck
Dear Friends,
“I have bad luck.” Of course you do. “My health is bad.” Of course it is. “Nothing ever goes my way.” Of course it doesn’t…
I actually don’t believe in luck. I believe in good fortune, which tends to find those who have positive thought processes.
If you think it, it will be so. If you think it, it will manifest. You do not have control of EVERYTHING, but you do have control of 2 things:
Some of your circumstances and surroundings.
How you respond to ANY circumstance — this is the most important one.
Yes, many of your circumstances can be changed with lifestyle habits and smart choices. But when situations are out of your hands, you still CAN control how they affect you. Notice this isn’t how you react, but rather how you respond.
A response is thoughtful, constructive, and allows you control over your emotions. A reaction is a knee- jerk and often volatile impulse that tends to create more reactivity.
You create opportunities to find wellness and happiness when you respond thoughtfully, and approach life with a win-win mindset. Have you ever been on the losing end of an argument, financial transaction, relationship? Not fun. It also isn’t that fun to be on the winning side when the other party doesn’t walk away happy.
Win-win creates collaboration and excitement; you get added value of other people’s opinions, experience, and expertise. It is a great way to shorten the learning curve.
So reach out to all the people who you think can assist you in how you respond to the curveballs that life throws. Team wins are way more gratifying. We aren’t meant to face every challenge alone! As always, we are honored to be on your healthcare team.
And if you have bad luck…well, change it!
Rhodiola & Ginseng Complex: a powerful adaptogenic formula that can help clear your mind and promote vitality, creating ample space for positive thinking!
Good luck,
Dr. Dan
