Dear Friends,
I had a patient come in with some health news that was pretty negative. He was a long standing patient that has always wanted to avoid bad health issues but to the point that he was was always worrying about his health.
The ironic thing was he was so paralyzed by fear of getting diseases he literally did nothing to prevent them and was always fighting something.
On the one hand it seems the patients that don’t worry about getting diseases but focus on LIVING and WELLNESS get just that. Obviously eventually time catches up but my advice is this:
Stop worrying about preventing death, and start working about how to live. You get what you pay attention to so you can either live your whole life or you can slowly die your whole life.
One of the best things you can do for your health is get your stress under control.
