I can’t tell you what an absolute honor it is serving all of you wonderful people. The last few weeks, the genuine love we have felt after I shared the passing of my friend and of Mrs. Sap has been heart warming.

I know my notes to you are non traditional as far as newsletters go. We are all figuring out this life this as we go right? What I have learned is that my patients give me a window to so many lessons. All I try to do is to pass on what I am learning and then connect it to your physical health.

One thing I have learned in my 31 years of practice is that our physical health is intimately related to our mental and spiritual health. The priest at Tracy’s funeral did a fabulous job honoring him and his life achievements.  Most of which dealt with impacting other people.

The quote I loved from the pastor was “Hope cannot take away the pain, but don’t let pain take away the hope.”

That is very insightful.

We treat a lot of people who have been in pain for a long, long time. Some have seen every conceivable doctor and some are on every conceivable medicine. When patients choose us, we realize that hope for recovery is their main driving force in why they chose us.

My second patient in Plymouth nearly 30 years ago said to me at our first meeting (with a sour pus face ) “I will have you know that I don’t believe in chiropractic.”

I chuckled and replied, “There’s no need to believe in me. I am not a religion, there is some science behind what we do. You obviously hope that you’re wrong because everyone else must have failed you if you are sitting here.”

Ha!

That had to have been the Holy Spirit talking because at 25, I didn’t know what the heck I was doing yet 🙂

It worked though, she did great, and regained control of her health. That is what we are here to do. We have been working on putting information out there for you about all types of health topics to give you control. So follow us on InstagramFacebook, and YouTube and please send our letters and posts to people you know and love that might benefit.

The more people we can empower the better.

And yes the BAKLAVA will be served this week from Dr. Jean 🙂
