I had a patient come in with some health news that was pretty negative. He was a long standing patient that has always wanted to avoid bad health issues so much so that he was always worrying about his health.
The ironic thing was, he was so paralyzed by the fear of getting diseases that he literally did nothing to prevent them so was always fighting something.
On the other hand it seems the patients that don’t worry about getting diseases but focus on LIVING and WELLNESS get just that. Eventually time catches up but my advice is this:
Stop worrying about preventing death and start working about how to LIVE!
You get what you pay attention to so you can live your whole life or you can slowly die your whole life. It is your life and it is up to you. If you give your body the tools for wellness, it will nearly always choose wellness over disease.
